Screen DROP OFF

Thank you for the opportunity!!!

1) Look for the signs that say entrance to our gate.

2) When you see the white gate walk up to the gate and it’s going to be locked, reach through the gate and unlock the handle and it will open.

3) When you walk in, there are instructions on the glass and order forms on a clipboard.

4) Fill the work order form out (name, phone number, and information about what is needed) YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS-and send me a picture of the screen(s) to this number with your first and last name.

5)If you are paying with Venmo please send your Venmo payment to
